Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was quite small and felt cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I also encountered a frustrating check-in process. I wasn't made aware that I needed to ring a bell for entry after a long journey, which added unnecessary stress. the bathroom felt particularly cramped, limiting any sense of privacy or comfort during use.

The location near New Malden train station is convenient. The room was smaller than expected and lacked cleanliness.

The carpet and room cleanliness could use improvement as well. On the whole, a mixed bag of good service but a few cleanliness concerns.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! ! Every morning, I enjoyed a hearty meal before heading out and the room was super quiet at night, really gave me the chance to recharge.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'd say it was fair for what you get.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited Wimbledon Tennis Club and Chessington World of Adventure. The basic room had everything we needed, and the staff was friendly. Perfect for resting after our adventures and affordable too!

I expected a lovely stay, yet I was greeted by a window propped open and a noisy extractor fan. nobody informed me about breakfast times—it felt like I was in detention! A complimentary drink would’ve been nice too, considering the state of my room. I almost gave it a nice review, but just couldn’t.

Checked in smoothly and enjoyed a delightful breakfast cooked to order, which was such a treat. The outdoor seating area was nice for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was that I found the bathroom a bit cramped, but it didn't put a damper on my stay at all. 😊

Comfortable bed, convenient location, the room was clean and had excellent wi-fi, allowing me to easily plan my shopping itinerary after enjoying a great breakfast that fully energized my day of exploring.

It was just a good match for a mini-break over the weekend in Kingston upon Thames with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were incredibly polite and even helped me with luggage when checking in, which was a nice touch. Lock your door properly since security isn't tight here.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. The staff even helped me with car service on my first stay. Highly recommended for a romantic escape.
